Hester Salt
Hester Salt is a ceramic artist working in high fired stoneware from her studio in Lockton on the North Yorkshire Moors. Her work is heavily influenced by nature, particularly fungi and mythology associated with the natural world.
She hand builds her pottery using traditional methods, allowing the forms free expression so that each piece appears grown rather than formed.
