Lockton Artists
Painting, ceramics, blacksmithing, photography, textile design, metal work, 3D design, woodwork
Nestled on the edge of the North York Moors, Lockton has now become the home to a thriving creative community.
There is already a history of artists in the village and many of the artists today continue to draw inspiration from the beautiful moorland countryside and dramatic scenery that surrounds them.
Currently among the ten members of the group you will discover painters, a fine art photographer, textile designer, ceramic artist, jesmonite designer, blacksmith and metalsmith.
There will be a group exhibition of the Lockton Artists work in Lockton Village Hall with the opportunity to talk to the artists about their work. Some studios and workshops may also be open – please refer to the Lockton Artists website for further details.
